Went to my oncologist Wednesday for 4-month testing. My lymphocyte count actually dropped 3 points!!! I have been sitting on pins and needles since May when my count jumped 30 points. We were all sure I would be starting chemotherapy this fall. My oncologist almost danced a jig in the exam room he was so happy. So, no chemo, next exam in January.

Excellent news, I've recently discovered peppermint tea which seems to have cured my heartburn overnight. The only way is up.

Despite our cultural differences, good news of this kind is welcome in any society.

As an ex NHS (Health Service) employee of nearly 40 years, I have seen many good and bad things people have to endure over the years - it certainly wakes one up to ones own life and priorities.
