I thought that was an actual button? :(

but i was thinking… maybe the button (which is a simple image) is “hardlinked” to the first record of the recordset?
You would know that if you did what Gasman suggested.

This is a pretty common mistake. For some reason an image cannot take focus so it does not move the record selector. If you like the round image you can put a transparent command button over it.

Glad I always used actual buttons.
That would have baffled me. :(

Guys now i feel real bad… I’m on my phone and when i clicked in the mail link it took me to the second page and didn’t noticed that, só just realized that i missed a couple of posts from you guys… 😓
I’m realy sorry!

But i did use the debug.print as @Gasman sugested! (It have always 2) But just because i didn’t know about this feature (usually i use message boxes)

See, I’m not a pro at this. The last time i worked with access was with version 2007… So a long ago…

But it’s from that time that i learned that it’s a good practice to put meaningfull names in controls @cheekybuddha

Thanks for all your help guys

Well, just put a transparent button above the image and it worked beautifully!

Thanks again for all your help! I really appreciate it!

And sorry if my english isn't the best and make some mistakes... Not my first language!

I'll mark this thread as solved!

Wish you all a great weekend!

Access lets you make round buttons if you prefer that shape. Here's a sample. But you can put text on them also. This form has squares and an oval.
