Hi,
Namliam kindly gave me some code to test for the name of the server that a pc is connected to. Unfortunatley our computers don't need to be connected to the network for us to log in. They still use an NT server login screen with name, password and domain name. They seem to store all previous login id's including the domain name which the function then returns regardless of whether the computer is attached to the network or not.
Does anyone know of a way to test for a live server connection without knowing anything about what is on the server other than it is running a windows server App?
Cheers
Chris
