I accidentally took videos with my Android edge +
Phone saved them as .MP4
I want to make some still shots
This is what I googled, but when I right clicked there is no edit.

Anybody know why I am not getting a edit command, or another way to convert?

How to Capture a Still Image from Video Using Microsoft Photos
1. Launch Microsoft Photos on your Windows.
2. Open the video in Microsoft Photos.
3. Right-click on the video > Edit & create > Save photos.
4. Locate the frame you want to capture.
5. Click the Save photos button.
6. Open Pictures library folder.
.

How do you expect the "conversion" to work?
A video, by current standards, has 30-60 frames per second. So, you would get 30-60 still images per second of video. - This usually makes no sense. Hence the instructions to manually locate the frames you want to save as images.

Just stop where you want a picture and then click the three dots and choose Save Frame.

Here is one from a video I found on my PC

Pause the video whenever you want a still photo. Use the Windows Snipping Tool (or Snip & Sketch) and save the image
Rinse and repeat.
