What do you eat?

06:30 - oats with fruit and milk, probiotic yoghurt, fish oil capsule
09:00 - fruit smoothie, roll & sausage (if slept in and never got oats)
10:00 - water, three cups
13:00 - penne arrabiata, orange juice
19:00 - some chicken based meal usually

Mondays and Wednesdays I try to through some extra pasta down my gullet as I go to the dojo and attack people. :D

We're not that fussed:
Breakfast - either toast, a bagel or porridge
Lunch - sandwiches, low fat yogurt
Dinner - soup or chicken with veg or an 'ifits' meal (if it's in we'll have it)
Snacks - whatever fruit is in the apartment (I love frozen bananas!), maybe sweeties or chocolate - particularly when it's 'that time of the month' and i need a seratonin boost!
Drinks - tea with sweetener, 'no added sugar' fruit juice, fresh fruit juices

Not particularly heathly, nor unhealthy - but I try to keep it in moderation.

Been impressed:rolleyes: with some, no all of the diets.

another question

Your diet is it

Because that's what you like ?
Because thats what you think you should eat ?

My diet is mainly because I like it. I also enjoy cooking from fresh, so that makes a diffrence.

Ooh, an even easier one to answer:

Because it's what we can afford! :D

My fella read an article which says that wholemeal bread, apples, pears, locally produced vegetables etc. are bad for you. Turns out it was more propaganda towards buying organic. Which is great if you can AFFORD to buy organic. (which we can't)

Mind you, I'm looking forward to the next 'food scare' article which says everything except oxygen will eventually kill you!

Trouble is trying to survive on oxygen eventiually leads to death by starvation.

Think I will go with the Full English Breakfast and take the risk

Because I leave the house at 07:15 and arrive at the office at 09:00. I'm not carrying a bowl, a bag of oats, a spoon, and a jug of milk to work. Not on a hot train; the milk would curdle.

And there was me imagining some Scottish Gremlin "Do not Feed him oats after 09:00" ;)
