Hi all, Im not into SQL or anything advanced but am stuff on this query.

I have a field called 'Cleaning Poster' which is a yes/no field and is displayed as a checkbox on my forms and reports.

I want to create another field that display the action "Send a cleaning poster to the ward" if the 'Cleaning Poster' returns a No answer.

In excel it easy, If [Cleaning Poster] = [No] then "Send a cleaning poster to the ward" if the 'Cleaning Poster'.

Im just stuck how to do it in Access

In access an IF statement is IIF so for your option you would need to build an expression that will be as follows:
IIF([Cleaning Poster]=False,"Send a cleaning poster to the ward","Already Sent")
