Hi, I need to create a number of forms from one table. This table has a drop down list for location. I need to create a form for each location listed.
Is this possible with access?

First, Hello and Welcome to AWF.. :)

Second,
This table has a drop down list for location.
This sounds like you might have LookUp's in your table level.. This is not recommended practice.. Look into the Evil's of LookUp field..

I need to create a form for each location listed.
Hmm.. Today you have 5 locations not a big deal to hold 5 forms.. but what if your locations increase? Maybe the next week add 25 more? That is not really great design, you must be able to reuse your Code and Design to the max extent.. So think again and post back what you actually wish to do..
Is this possible with access?
Might be but as I mentioned, you need to think on a wider scope..

Ok thanks,
I have multiple locations that track the same type of info. All locations work from the same dB, but have their own form, table & Queries etc. which are identical (as I just copied the first one to create the others)except for content. I have been asked to figure out a way to have each form/table work off a primary table/form.
So location A adds a new item to track, the new also gets added the main table/form. So I can do master look ups and reports etc.

Does that help?
