help! I used the button wizard to create my SAVE button but it is not working. It is not updating the table. My DELETE button clears the form but does not remove the record from the table. Could someone please advise what I'm doing wrong?

yes sorry. I have attached a sample of the SAVE macro. I found that it Saves only when the table is closed. Didn't do that before when I had the other code. However it still does not clear the page after I click on Save. Could you advise on what to add to make it do that please?

Okay it looks like I spoke too soon. Please put it down to newcomer excitement. Turns out that they work as long as the Table is closed.

When you post, what you want to ask for is something along the lines of "search as I type" because you're asking about a search functionality.
Perhaps I should be more specific. My table has a compound key consisting of Trip_ID and Patient_ID. The form also has a combo box and many tab controls. I want the form to pull up the data from the Table when I type in the compound primary key. I really appreciate any help on this one.
