Linking Your Database

Hello Everyone, I am working this database about applicant application for the government.(Medical and Educational Assistance)

Is it possible that I can link my database to another computer? coz I want to run it like this:
*On the 1st computer I just want only the registration of Applicants in which all the details about the applicants.
*On the 2nd computer I want all the calculation of money provided by the government of the the applicants.
Let say a certain applicant. receive $100, $200, etc. and request an amount of let say $150, etc.
Is this possible guys?

Of course, build each system separately, linking them to the appropriate tables in the backend, and deploy them where needed.
