Help with Update Query

I have three columns with check boxes that I need to change to No if before a date in either DateAdmitted or Date Renewed.

I have included a test database rather than trying to explain. After running the Update query there should be one contact left with as a member.

Your WHERE clause is too restrictive . . .

WHERE (((Contacts.Ordinary)=Yes) AND ((Contacts.Orgamisational)=Yes) AND ((Contacts.Associate)=Yes) AND ((Contacts.DateAdmitted)>#10/31/2015#)) OR (((Contacts.DateRenewed)>#10/31/2015#));

Based your verbal criteria I would only expect to see the dates in the WHERE clause.

i downloaded your db and got it working in a second
just delete all the "Yes"s from your query criteria, they dont need to be there (whats the worst that could happen? it changes a no to a no?)
