Morning all,
Is it possible to create a button to export the current entry only?
My IT teams wont allow read/write access to any drive therefore the only way the dbase will work is for a local copy of the dbase be saved and each user completes each entry to be then exported and emailed to my team and imported into a central one.
This is a horrible position to be in as local copies of the dbase are rife with being changed, errors, outdated info, outdated versions etc, however it seems to be the only workaround.
Any other thoughts would be greatly received of course.
The receiving team are allowed r/w access only.
the org has 2000+ employees.
The dbase is accessed by 8 sites, and potential of 50+ users simultaneously so excel userforms aren't stable enough.
(I have no scope to add dedicated sql servers or use any other means than office 2010 products) (therefore online webforms are out).
***Current process is paper based/word based emailed forms so no MI is available***
