My immediate thought was Little House On The Prairie but I couldn't see what a whisk had to do with it...though the story is about an alcoholic so maybe whiskey?

Anyway, my second guess is THE DEADWOOD STAGE / WHIP-CRACK-AWAY Performed by Doris Day & Chorus (from Calamity Jane soundtrack -1953)

its a bit rich to be nitpicking when you posted a vase of flowers on a table in front of a window as a clue for a sill!
Touché !
Your "white noise" pic made me think of the scene in Ghosts at the end when the guy is going off to the after life, so I'm thinking ghosts/spirits and when that got me nowhere, blue things, but white?? I focused on daggers too. So for me, it's not that I was disconnecting from the thread, it's just that I'm realizing my viewpoints are a bit too narrow it seems.

When this thread started I found it very difficult to guess even the simplest clues.
Sometimes its just a matter of getting into the right mindset.

There are so many songs I'd like to use for this but some titles are just about impossible to represent in pictures

what happened to the post and whisk test? Or is it a window sill on the house, not a post?
Sorry Doc, I just couldn't resist! ;)
