ICO / PNG Win 10 (1 Viewer)

Every time I look for an icon they are PNG's. All I can get to work on Win 10 are ICO's. Am I doing something wrong?

I'd say not providing any context or information whatsoever in your post for a start. Maybe many others have responded as I - just deferring to others who might figure out what the issue is because I'm clueless. "Others" - forgive me if I assume too much.
