AI has the potential to you improve the machine code, the very basic fundamental building blocks of your computer.

Is a recent example:-

After reading the article, I wonder whether that action violated the EULA for that product. Patching a binary code sequence, after all, requires that you essentially reverse-engineer that sequence. I believe that if you DID reverse-engineer - with or without AI help - Access, all sorts of nasty letters and strongly-worded e-mails would head your way. Perhaps followed by several men in conservative suits, all claiming "We're from Microsoft and we don't have a sense of humor."

Agree with Doc, and in the hands of more "individual mal-intent" why not insert some "binary code" to not only act as a work-around, but also hide some scam/harmful logic.

I used ChatGPT to identify the algorithm used by Hikvision to reset their equipment without manufacturer intervention. Knowledge and use of Hex-Rays IDA in parallel with ChatGPT is just another approach in tool in the box. It's been so long my JTAG & Boundry scanning techniques have been employed I'm getting skill fade.
