Solved Access Runtime for Microsoft 365

I appreciate all of your suggestions; they all make sense.

I installed Access Runtime for Microsoft 365.
I created a folder on the C: drive not managed by OneDrive.
I copied the front-ends to this folder.
I added the appropriate settings into the Registry as noted above.
Rebooted the PC.
Tried to launch the front end and am still getting blocked.

There has to be something else at play here.

I went back and repeated the process of putting the FE into a folder not managed by OneDrive. I then added the suggested registry settings. Tried again and it worked. What threw me was I created a shortcut on the desktop pointing to the FE in the Trusted Location, but also resulted in the same block. So shortcuts won't work in this scenario.
