Hi all :) ,

How can I add a menu ( File , Edit , .....) in my Access form ?

many thanks 4 consideration ,,

This leads to a big can of worms. What "kind" of menu are we talking about? A true new window with the ability to touch any file? That is not easy and involves lots of programming. Describe your goal, we might be able to advise you of something that is possible from Access. Otherwise, you are looking at an investment in Visual Basic or Visual Studio or something like that.

The menubar control will allow you to add a custom menubar in Access using just a macro. Search "menubar" in Access Help.

If you want a toolbar (the little icons) with it, you can use the toolbar control, included with Access.

Many thanks for keeping in touch ..

I've seen in a program that it has menus for , Reports (include all the reports the program has ), Transactios , Master information , etc .

Like these , how can I make them ?

Ok

I've got one solution but it solves a part of the problem .

after I open the DB .
Tools >> customize >> toolbar
press New then go to commands and choose whatever I need by drag and
drop in the new menu  . But the entities are one after another . How can I make each one as a list ?

Best wishes ..

Very easy bro... go to view>>Toolsbars >> customize, create a new toolbar then goto commands tab, in categories scrool down and select new menu... You will get the list..
