Code Problem

I'm having a small issue with a form/calendar I'm working. When I enter the "unit name" in my "F-Add Reservation" form. It is putting the unit name in twice on the departure date of the "F-Reservation Calendar" form.

I changed some code and now I can't figure out what I did to get this????

You probably need to post back with your code in the post that way folks could take a look your code and lend you a hand.
