Ok subtlety failed.

Search the web you lazy goit. The answer to this question is so wideley available that it shows you've done absolutley nothing to try and find the answer yourself. Instead you expect to just be able to post the question and have the answer handed to you without putting any effort in yourself.

Personally I see no reason to help you when you don't even put the slightest effort into finding the answer yourself.

Hmmm...that's exactly what I was thinking about your question. Try reading, that's what we do. Or, ask a better question.

The best place to start is to use the Help information in Excel itself. There is a surprising amount of information. After reading that and experimenting, if you have specific questions, then post the question. People here like to help by answering questions (check the history of posting here), but we will not do what you can and should do before posting.
