I never thought of the two teams as mutually exclusive, but yes I preferred the Marx Brothers.

Funny you should say that, neither did I :D Don't really know why I made the comparison, me, the person that gets quizical when people say they didn't like the Beatles because they liked the Rolling Stones LOL. OK, it's not because I preferred the Marx Brothers that I didn't like the L&H, it's because they used too much slapstick and the Marx Brothers used more gags (still childish, but less annoying).

- the green mile

Boy, they sure did go through a lot of light bulbs during the making of that movie, didn't they? I mean, in almost every scene it seems like light bulbs are blowing out all over the place. :D

It is a good movie though.

They don't just go out either, do they? They go out with a bang!

I agree, it was a good movie.

Absolutely love Laurel and Hardy. The way Oliver keeps looking at the screen as if to say 'WTF?' is just priceless...

recently finished the latest season of MI5/Spooks. still great and still getting better.

also recently finished the latest season (2) of Damages (Glenn Close). really good. start with season 1, there is carry-over to the next season.

George Wilkinson got me hooked on Burn Notice through this thread.
