Help to bring Toolbars back

Hi, I tried to remove the database window and toolbars and menu so I could only see the form. But now I want to add a password and so I want the menu back so I can select Tools. I thought F11 would bring it all back but I still can't get the menu back. Can somebody please help as I didn't have a backup of the database.

Let that be a lesson to you .

Open the database holding the Shift key. That should give you the full menu back.

Yes I agree, I will always have a backup now. Thanks the shift key worked.
