Form Irregularities (dbase attached)

Hello Experts,

Here is my issue:

I have attached a sample of the database to better illustrate my current challenges;

This challenge originates from the Form (F_PatientCase)-

1. Whenever I enter an Acct Num or donor Num on the MainForm and attempt to manipulate entries in the SubForm, a series of "bugs" occur:

a. I get an error: 'Field cannot be updated'
b. The AcctNum, DonorNum and InsuranseID did not appear in Query (T_Ccpt Query2), in which I intend to use to build my report via AcctNum.
c. Finally, when I go to my original Tables (T_Ccpt) and (T_Physicians), duplicate date entries are present, which should not be occurring. They should only act as a lookup table not entering /updating data from a query.


Please assist in this matter.

You would probably find better success if you supply your Sample DB with some fictitious Data. I personally don't want to fill all that in and I don't have the time to figure out where to start. But hey......that's just me.
