I put together a fairly complicated database, and I'd like a visual representation of it to use to help explain it to others.
The standard query design view, with tables connected by the joined fields, would be a nice way to show it...but trying to print that out seems like it would be a real chore, with screenshots and cutting and pasting, etc. The relationships take up a lot more than a screenful.
I tried the process I found in Access Help called, "Document and Print your Database Design"...but that produced an 869 page (!!!) report that still doesn't really contain what I want.
I'm curious to find out how others here have generated database diagrams??
