The sub works fine by it's own. The sub report has detail section. It seems that the detail section is controlled by the main report deatail section. If the main report detail section contain a long list of records, then the sub's detail section running the same length even if there is only one...

In the design view, right click customer section, on the "force new page" field, choose "Before Section" and it will force new page for each customer.
