Update boolean critera in a query using VBA - Access 2010

Just tried it. It won't work because the randomization requeries and resets the filter. I think I really need to set the criteria in the query. Can anyone show me how to do this specifically? Thanks, Allison

    Wierd word Issue

Have her turn on the bullets and then go up to the styles group. Right click on the style that is currently highlighted and select "Modify Style." You can change any of the formatting in the this style and save it. My guess is that someone removed the indentation on this style and saved over...

    changing subform visibility

Sounds like you need to put the code in the "Update Form" module as well. Make sure that you actually move from one record to another when you scroll, otherwise the update won't register, as the record will not have saved since the change to DOB.

Update boolean critera in a query using VBA - Access 2010

I use a form. The question and the answer are in the same table. I hide the answer and have a command button to unhide it (helps me review while I quiz with the kids). I want to change the criteria in the query, not update a field in the table or in the query. I would like to be able to...

    Doctor... WHO?

I just started watching the new show on Amazon Prime. I really like Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor, but I am not so sure about David Tennant. Still, it is a great diversion. I am in the middle of Series 2 (Season 2 for US), and my favorite episodes so far have been the The Empty...

Update boolean critera in a query using VBA - Access 2010

I have written a database that randomly selects questions for a Bible Quiz tournament. However, we are limited to no more than 4 of one type of question per round. Until the 4th question is asked the criteria parameter remains blank. Once the 5th question has been asked, then the criteria...

    Question New Access Database

I would split the addresses and contact names into the actual address and name parts. Your database will morph eventually, and the more the data is split into it's own fields the better. You can always concatenate in reports and such, if necessary. You could create a drop-down for the county...
