Remove Page Breaks

Hi

I have a documemt that has been run through a macro that i created and eventually i get the records to split as i want them. However when each record ends it inserts a blank page

I have done most of the adjustments with find and replace, however you cannot do find and replace when searching for formats!!

Is there anyway of searching and reomving certain formats?

Can you make the screenie an attachment rather than copying and pasting?

Is this a word document? Can you show us the macro?

I have just solved it

I did a find and replace (as the page breaks are manual) for value ^m (with all the spaces before it) and replace with a space (space bar)

works a treat

for future reference when searching and replacing special codes in Word:

hard page break = ^m
section break = ^b
line break = ^l
paragraph break = ^p
em-dash = ^+
en-dash = ^=
tab = ^t
hard (non-breaking) space = ^s
