    Salary Increases

I'm not sure if this will help... Each person's beginning salary varies. I work with part-time faculty who may or may not work each term (a term is 1/2 a semester). Their starting salary varies on their experience and what degree they hold. The rules for an increase is if they have taught five...

Very close to that, yes. EmployeeID (PK) Work Field (date) Salary (value) plus a few other fields. I don't have anything similar to SalaryID.

I'm not even sure how to word this to search for an answer, so I apologize if this has already been addressed in some way (or if this is in the wrong forum). I need to do figure out a way to see who got a raise this last year. I have around 800 people to look at and would love to do this in...

    Chr(13) & Chr(10)

I'm trying to use Chr(13) & Chr(10) to make a new line in my report. It's not working and I'm not sure why. This is what is in the textbox: =[LetterNeeded] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [LetterNeeded2] I have the CanGrow property set to Yes both on the textbox and on the detail section. I search the...

    Between/And Frustration

I'm trying to put into a query Between #1/1/2008# And #12/31/2008# and Access keeps correcting it to Between "#1/1/2008#" And "#12/31/2008#"...which of course doesn't work. No matter what I seem to be doing it keeps "correcting" it. I'm frustrated. Anyone know why it is doing this? It's working...

    Muliple Fields/Single Textbox

Thank you! Unfortunately there are 33 different types of letters so I'm not sure I can do the first option. I will certainly look at the second option!! :)

    pivot chart ?

I haven't played much with charts yet, but I do know that if you have the information in a query that you can open that query, right click on the tab (assuming you are using Access 2007), and then select "PivotChart View". You can also so select the option from the "View" on the "Home" tab...

    Muliple Fields/Single Textbox

Hello! I am using a database currently where I enter the information of a person and then select what type of letter they will be receiving. This all is working well. What I want to do now is be able to create a report for each of our different centers that shows the person(s) who received a...
