Thanks. this seems to have worked but i am slightly confused with the options for what label to use. i am from the UK and want the standard 5 line label to print on A4 sheets of paper

I have a database for a charity with members from a wide range of different areas, i have 2-3 groups running in each area and have reports listing the names and addresses of each member for each group.
What i am wanting to do is create mailing labels for each area so that i can print of just...
I tried both of the counts including (*) exactly as it was written then i tried counting the name of my field that's on the report.
=Count([First Name])
but i know i am missing something just not sure what, sorry if i seem i am being stupid but i have never used these formulas before.

I am needing a bit of help creating a report. I have a field in my table and form named 'Media permission given' with a drop down list to select either Yes or No.
I want to capture in report form who has not given media permission.
So i guess the question is how do i create the report...
