    total multiple pivot tables

See if this helps. I guess he took the video down. http://www.accessandexcelhelp.com/msaccess/2014/8/12/access-version-of-a-pivot-table-the-crosstab-query-trick

    total multiple pivot tables

I use Mike Alexander's trick for most of my crosstab needs now. It helps with issues like you are having. One thing that he leaves out is to do an "all other" just in case you miss something. Here's his video. http://www.datapigtechnologies.com/f.../crosstab.html

    Help with making macro !

Here's a picture of what I do with the drop down box. Go to the query pane of the drop down: 1) create a 2nd column with all the data you want 2) after choosing the item on your form, display column 2 (which access calls column(1)) in a text box on your form. Hope that helps.

I looked at your database and you are close. You need to change the Product ID in the table: Invoice-Product to a lookup field. Here is Microsoft's Support page, but there are probably better instructions somewhere...

Look at this query, multiple steps but gets the month you need. I'm not sure using the 7*week will work out perfectly.

    e-mail order to suppliers

Have you worked with any vba? If not I can show you how with queries and macros. Edited - found my example database that uses a form to select an order #, populates another field with the email address associated with that order. No VBA, just macros, queries and forms.

    e-mail order to suppliers

You can use the Macro -> Email Database Object. How are you deciding which supplier's report to print?

Adding a bitmap photo to table/report

Here is an example database. You must save the picture as the 24 bit bitmap. If you don't it will turn out like employees 2 and 3 in the attached database.

Sorry, read more into the post. I figured Steph wanted to see report summary calculations on each page of the report.
