I need to show some items on a report but for the life of me can't figure it out.
I have a master database of all employee's, basic information, addy, phone.. etc and i can pull reports from the queary's. one report i am having trouble figuring out is a detailed list of where and when...

Is "join" a command that I should be seeing, or is it that line that goes between the two table's (when I have the New queary open)?
In a nut shell, I need to have one common (name field) in able to do the "join"?

that worked but the "onclick" worked better for some reason. When I opened the form the [fieldname] was visable, then I clicked and unclicked the field would go away and then come back.
using the onclick,,, it wasnt on my form until i clicked the box.....
