can this happen if you alter the 'one' part on a 'one to many' relationship?

only 1 sub form record is being viewed at the same time. what are the main reasons for this? apart from having to set the form to being continous? Many thanks in advance

ok moving slightly away from this question I have another . . What two reasons can be given if the records that are shown in the subform are the same irrespective of the record on the main form. I would firstly say that they are not correctly linked (i.e. VB coding), buy not sure why else?

There are supposedly 3 checks to verify correct operation of form and subform? What are they? Check if to certain fields are locked to stop others changing data on purpose or accidently? Check to see that data changes with the rest of the data (linked) in both? Am I on the right lines...
