OK I have narrowed down the culprit that is causing my problem but I still do not know how to fix it. It is frmCustInfo, when one calls up the form it shows correctly, when I go to print preview I see not only the form and data but I see an exact duplicate with no data? I am really confused as...

This is what happened, I was trying to copy a form to another new form but in the process it appears that it doubled the original form. I only see this in print preview and I assume it will happen when I print too. I have looked through the form I started with and it acts as if the doubling is...

OK in excel one would just make a larger box with dark borders and then the inner borders are lighter but grid like, then to draw on one needs to just darken the borders of their drawing. This is part of a much larger application base that is in Access

OK folks, I am trying to make a form that has an area with a grid-like box content so that it can be used for a drawing via access. It can be done in excel by showing grid lines etc.... I however can not find anything similar in access unless I completely overlooked it. Can anyone help? Attached...

OK Paul got it to work by adjusting the margin sizes and form sizes to allow for the header and footers - wow. However your direction was again perfect! Jim

Paul, Very Strange but you of course are correct, for some reason it did not like no data so when I put false data in it displayed in print preview as well as report. Seems like one should be able to create a blank form but I guess not. Now have an annoying problem of the number of pages...

Paul, I gave it a go but the report still does the same thing that print preview does, the same 3 forms are showing up that show in print preview. I attached a zip file for reference

OK folks - the last time I posted Paul was extremely helpful and I am hoping to get help again. OK I have a form comprised of 7 forms - when I call it up it displays as it should. However when I try and print it via Print Preview only 3 forms show up and I can't figure out why? Help meeeeeeeee...
