Form seems to be duplicated

This is what happened, I was trying to copy a form to another new form but in the process it appears that it doubled the original form. I only see this in print preview and I assume it will happen when I print too. I have looked through the form I started with and it acts as if the doubling is not there. If I could see the doubled areas I could delete them one by one - but I can't find them anywhere. If anyone has come across this please help. I really do not want to redo the darn form but if I will if that is the only way.

No idea what is going on. If you want to provide db for analysis, can attach to post or upload to fileshare site such as Box.com and post link.

OK I have narrowed down the culprit that is causing my problem but I still do not know how to fix it. It is frmCustInfo, when one calls up the form it shows correctly, when I go to print preview I see not only the form and data but I see an exact duplicate with no data? I am really confused as to how to fix it.

That is because you have two records in tblCustInfo. One with data and one blank. ?
All the form is doing is showing you the data in the table?

No fixing of the form required.

You are printing form? Why not build a report for print output? Forms are intended for screen display and reports for print. Each can be made to somewhat act like the other but not as well.

OK then how do I get it to show only the record I am working on???

as an aside, i would ditch the lookup fields in your tables and get rid of the special characters (#) in your field names.
