It is just coming from a select query which is attached to a table that the user enters the numbers and date. All calculations are done in the query ie: totals, percent etc. I can modify the calculation to return zero if that is important. Thanks

If possible remove the space between them.

Sorry I haven't responded for a few days. We were away. Yes all of the data is the same. The DB is not currently split as we are still in development stage. We are going to try a new install to see if that helps. I will let you know if that helps. Thanks Jerry
