Thanks, my main table is "leads" and everything in my whole database reference back to "business_name" - i want to link my "consumable" table in order to capture consumable sales but the consumable table will get some of the information from the "leads" table, ie "business_name, tel number, etc"...

Thanks, i have multiple tables with relationships - i want to create a form from the multiple tables, ie i want to use fields from diffirent tables, ie out of 50 fields in 6 tables i only want to use 10 fields in my form - what is the best way, using the tables or create a query?

Sorry man but this is tele sales who must complete the forms and they collect info via telephone calls, from time to time the person on the otherside will not even give them all the info maybe just "supplier x" and we have "2 machines" - this then generates a lead for the other sales people
