Question Email

I'm running a database with a number of sales lead records - i want to select say 5 records and email them to one of my sales reps in html (???) format and then the sales person must reply and and update the fields - the sales person must then send the form/email back to me and the database must be updated automatically with the new data? Is this possible in MS Access 2010 and if yes - how must i go about it - as much as possible information will be appreciated. Thanks

Yes access 2010 has this option. Open access and hit F1 and seach for email and there should be a tutorial on the subject

Thanks but the email side is not my problem - the problem is that i have 100 records for my one sales rep, his name is recorded in a field for each record - my question - today i want to select say 5 records to be updated and tomorrow another 5, etc - how do i selct say 5 records per day to be updated? i first need to select the 5 reords for the day and then follow the rest of the steps, thanks
