    Thanks for the advice Pat, but I used =count([area]) in the header area of the report to get just 1 entry each for each service person with their customer total. Whatever I've tried to do in the detail or footer gives me errors.

    I only have 1 table with customer info ie. name, address, phone, number, area. A customer will only ever have 1 service person. I guess what I would call a group is X amount of customers in one area. When I first started the table I had 1 service person for each area, but as things developed...

    I have a group of customers in a database (aprox 600) and a small group (<10) of people who service those customers. I am able to run a report for each service person which lists all the necessary customer info for any particular day and gives me a total on each report of the number of customers...
