Is it possible to have a report (based on a query) to show different colours for different values? For example I have a report that shows different reasons. I would like any line with the value "System Down" to be in Bold Red. Not just the word System Down, but the whole line. Thanks.

I FOUND IT!! It was in the switchboard all right. Thank you, Rich. I had the command in the swithboard table set to '2' which is add. I changed it to 3 and now it allows the recordset to show in the tables. Again thank you Rich!

tried that one too! I have used this same type of combo box on other forms and they work fine. This is the only one that doesnt show the recordset unless you go back to design view and then return to form view.
