An article can be about several sports so it must be possible to add more than one.

It was probably a bad title, I assumed nested subforms is what I needed. What I want to do is quite simple: store a link to a web page and then categorize the web page according to resource type (e.g. magazine) and which sport it is about. Maybe these illustrations make things clearer.
