When i'm in the query, what would be the criteria that I would use to get the two tables to compare the data to see what is missing?

I have imported 2 excel worksheets into access as tables and I want to create a query that will compare column 1 which is employee name in one table to column 1 which is Field 1 in the other table. I am having trouble figuring this out. Please Help
