Thanks for replying.. Actually, it is both. The printer is networked, and works for other users. We have even replaced the users' system.

I have several successful users but on one system, and now it seems like any pc we try to add, lines in the format of the report show, but no text is displayed (or printed). All other nodes, with same data, perform properly.

Is it possible to print to MS Word, or Print to a screen preview and then transfer the full report to word? Thanks
