Lines, but no text in output

I have several successful users but on one system, and now it seems like any pc we try to add, lines in the format of the report show, but no text is displayed (or printed). All other nodes, with same data, perform properly.

Is this when you view the report on screen or when you actually print it; if it's the latter, I'd say it's a printer driver problem.

Thanks for replying.. Actually, it is both. The printer is networked, and works for other users. We have even replaced the users' system.
