It is impossible to export an MS Access 2007 report to MS Excel 2007. The feature has been disabled by Microsoft, However I hear that there is SP2 PATCH that has all the features. Please research and update your office with the SP2 patch

I have both Windows 7 64 and 32 bit. On 64 I have MS Office 2007 and on 32 I have office 2003. However i have been frustrated with MS Office 2007 since November last year.

ronojinx Thanks, but the users wanted it from Access report to Excel direct. Otherwise i can just use pivot in Excel and it can work..

Poppa Smurf I have tried all possible means but failed. First all the numerical fields had Number as data type but nothing happened. Remember i have uploaded the database, why cant you download it and work on it?
