What will happen If I decide to ditch the database?

I had a similar experience trying to learn C#, recommended by our IT guy. I could pass data from/to the SQL Server, but a form/subform situation? It was difficult enough to make me give up. But then I'm an old guy and that's a new trick. :ROFLMAO:

Solved Creating transaction records via OnClick - (Sales Order to Invoice conversion)

You did not declare or set the db variable. You could use CurrentDb instead. Edit: Or the DBEngine(0)(0) that Allen used.

    Worth the risk?

My wife tried one very reluctantly, when her daughter gave her one as a gift years ago. Now she may as well have it sewn onto her arm; she's always got it with her. She'll bust it out and read if she has to wait anywhere for anything.

    Worth the risk?

Does it have value if you don't replace the battery? In other words, is it usable as is? If not, then there really isn't any risk in trying to replace the battery. If so, only you can decide if the risk is worth it. Part of that decision would involve watching the video and deciding how...

Cool gifts for Dad - ideas

Funny (to me anyway) story. I work for a company with operations in Las Vegas. Years ago I was there working on big upgrade, late at night. Somebody joked "we should go to a strip club after". I joked, "gee, I'll have to go get some singles". Our operations manager said "10's and 20's Paul...

Should taxes be raised on the wealthiest people?

Reminds me of the old Ten Years After lyrics: Tax the rich Feed the poor Till there are no Rich no more

Should taxes be raised on the wealthiest people?

It's not just wealthy people. My sister-in-law lived in Los Angeles and retired from the FBI there. She moved to Nevada to escape the CA income tax of 10%. An old college buddy was an attorney for the state of CA and retired. On a zoom call the other day he said he and his wife wanted to...

Should taxes be raised on the wealthiest people?

Ah, this is what you resort to when your statements get shot down? Glib changes of subject? If taxes redistribute wealth to the top, why do you want to raise them?
