EU Cookie Privacy Laws - popups coming

The bar at the bottom or top is the norm on sites I have visited, and if it is the norm then it seems sensible to go that way. Brian

    Gun laws do they work

The point that gun supporters refuse to accept is that killing, especially mass killing, is made easier by the availability of guns, and the fact that it is going to be far from easy to get any meaningful control is no excuse for not wanting it. Brian

So you don't think buying stolen good is illegal or immoral? America did not allow the Southern states to leave, hell I could discuss the deceit of Texas or how you beat the crap out of Mexico to persuade it to sell but you guys tend to have a different view of history, just as we do of ours. You don't have to start the thread that way but just raise the issue when you are losing the argument of the current thread. Note that I have already agreed that this thread is unnecessarily anti American, but I don't see that as a reason for you to bring up issues from centuries ago. Brian

    Complicated formula?

I'm always amazed at the modern approach to testing, just throw live data at it. I would design a quick worksheet with ALL the options in it, but only the relevant data, two columns I think, and thus be able to know easily thatmy formula works . I'll give it a look but it will have to be later...
