    Deer Parts

I was going to bring that one up myself as I remember seeing that spelling as a child. Here's a question. When does one use "whilst" as opposed to "while"? Is there a rule?

    Deer Parts

That was funny Josh. I too, can attest to being completely surprised while driving very late at night on a country mountain road and having a couple of deer suddenly bolt out of the woods and into the highway. It happens so quickly you don't even have time to react. Thankfully, in our case...

    Happy Birthday Tess!

Actually it was "with" my husband. Yes, he received a massage and pedicure as well. He's quite spoiled and pampered. ;)

    Happy Birthday Tess!

Thank you all so much! No, no "crazy" birthday plans as it is a Tuesday... lol. But I did get a nice massage and pedicure with my husband and had lunch at an Irish pub over the weekend. And I just received a lovely bouquet of flowers, or is it pronouced Bucket over there in the U.K? ;) My...

    Happy birthday Hayley

Well, I guess I've been busy then, yeah? And I guess I completely missed her birthday altogether! You know, if you were working for me, you could make sure I was on top of these things. I've told you... all you have to do is worship me. Is it really all that difficult? :)

Bluegrass isn't YeeHaw... it may be American though, I'm not a music expert. The bluegrass I have been exposed to definetly has a "country" feeling but it's better than country. To me, and again, I'm not an expert, so I'm just talking about my personal experience and exposure, it's... like a...

    Criteria for choosing interview candidates

They typically look better in a skirt than I do as well, so they're out.

    Criteria for choosing interview candidates

I don't hire women at all. They are usually prettier than I and I find that offensive.

omg. That is great. yes, Ronny's spelling correctly represents the pronounciation of jalapeno as "halopenyo.... penyo pronounced the same as Pinot as in pinot noir. Not that I am a great fan of Pinot., My husband is though.

Completely acceptable excuse. :) I just wasn't certain if it was a mistake or not. Your language is a bit different than ours. You use "u" and "s" in places we do not. We've dropped some ... what is the plural of U... U's? (Yews?) ... and replaces S's (Esses?) with Z's (Zees?) so I can never...

:D That is brilliant! As tempting as your proposal is, I'd stick with Hazel if I were you. She sounds wonderful and I tend to misplace my keys quite often.

I'm actually known for correcting people's spelling. I'm never rude about it, of course and they do seem to take it well. I work with a diverse ethnicity of people. Ronny is Korean. I taught him how to spell jalapeno just last week. He thought it was Halopenyo. :) And Andreas is Greek...

I wouldn't say anyone here is ignorant. But then again, I'm an American and therefore must have extremely low standards. It's either that or, what is that saying? "If you look around and can't spot the fool in the room..." ;) Originally Posted by Rich This isn't an American based forum...
