Thanks for all who responded. I have fixed this shortfall in maximise form of Access by adding a close form command button in header section of the form.

I tried to set PopUp to yes but no avail - the title bar still disappear at max form. I believe two possible solutions:- Disable the maximise button Use keyboard shortcut to restore down the form - I have not found the shortcut so far.
