I will download the said example to see how it works. Can you enlighten me why the tables and queries are hidden to the users and how I can do so.

Currently I add the record using query dataview. I feel a bit painful as per my colleagues to type it from left to right especially in large record entry. Is there any ideas to speed up this process?
