Add record form

Currently I add the record using query dataview. I feel a bit painful as per my colleagues to type it from left to right especially in large record entry. Is there any ideas to speed up this process?

If you create a Form you can design it any way you want. (Within reason0

Have a Look at the Northwind Database for some ideas.

A user should only use Forms to Enter or Edit data.

Tables and Queries should always be hidden from the users.

Can you enlighten me why the tables and queries are hidden to the users and how I can do so.

By giving users access to the hidden feature of your Database you allow them to change vital parts that make your Database work the way it does.

If they can't see then they can't touch.

Hiding everything is a bit involved and too much for me to answer here right now.

Do some Google searches and see what you come up with.

please help me with my form.
how do i calculate or diplay the Total Amount in a form.
the table have thses fieldnames: Acc No, CusName, Amount, Date Paid and some other fieldnames.
what i want is the form to display or be able to calculate the Total Amount for each customer because each customer can make as many payment as possible.
