Got it! Had to change the properties in Access under "size mode" to "Stretch" and not "Crop" This allows you to set it to 8.5 by 11. You da man! Thanks for all your help! Tate

Real close now. I finally see the entire image but now I cannot resize it to get it on 1 page. It seems to crop the image instead of resizing keeping scale in tack.

Still too large to fit to one page. I think we are close though. How do I do that snap shot?
