The user needs to be able to press a button on the switchboard which will open the mail-merge in Word.

I've been trying with no luck to find a way to get a macro to use results from a query in a mail-merge before printing all results, or at least just to get it so that the query data is exported to mail-merge. Is this possible?

Yes, I made copies of forms, though I removed the buttons/macros as I thought that might have been the problem, but it's still happening...
